Shipping and Returns
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days in the UK/Europe, 2 to 5 days in North America, and 5 to 7 days in Australia/New Zealand. Delivery times may vary for other destinations, so please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Our printing company is 100% carbon-neutral, and all our packaging is environmentally friendly. Everything, including the stickers, tape, compostable bubble wrap, and frame edge protectors, is either recyclable or biodegradable. Your artwork will be sustainably packaged and well-protected. However, in the rare occasion that there are any issues, we will do our best to resolve them.

Everything is produced at UK, Germany and Mexico
I use Hahnemuehle Fine Art paper (302 gsm) which gives the best results for color spacing and texture.

Prints are shipped in a Protected by two hard cardboard structures, inside a cardboard box and protected with glassine paper. No plastic.
No. Prints are not signed. But an included certificate has the signature and it gives value to the piece.
